Below are Arthur Fairchild's original 1947 Magens Bay property deeds, as well as excerpts of restrictions on the Nature Conservancy 2002 parcels which are available via the  VI Recorder of Deeds online records search. Note that Magens consists of multiple parcels, and different parcels may have different restrictions.
