To protect, preserve and promote the terrestrial and marine resources of Magens Bay, the larger portion of which was gifted to the people of the Virgin Islands in perpetuity by Arthur S. Fairchild.
To safeguard Arthur Fairchild's expressed wishes for preservation of the natural beauty of Magens Bay for the Virgin Islands community.
To foster and encourage a sense of responsibility towards environmental stewardship and the protection of the biodiversity and ecological integrity of Magens Bay.
To work cooperatively with the Magens Bay Authority board to promote more accessible services to Virgin Islanders, especially children and elders.
To establish funds and cooperative relationships that will support such accessibility.
Resources permitting, to act as guardians of related properties, namely, Drake's Seat and Fairchild Park.
