Deed restrictions

Below are incomplete excerpts from the Magens Bay deed restrictions which are available via the  VI Recorder of Deeds online records search. Note that Magens consists of multiple parcels, and different parcels have different restrictions. Most notably, these appear to be the deed restrictions for the 2002 property additions to Magens, not the larger original portion of Magens donated by Arthur Fairchild.
