USVI Territorial Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (TCORP) public input request:

DPNR is soliciting public input on the Territorial Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (TCORP). They are hosting 3 events next week, which you can find on their site as well as on http://calendar.friendsmagens.org/. The St Thomas session will be held on Tue Aug 4 6-8pm at DPNR's offices in Tutu Park Mall. Please attend if you can! This is an opportunity to have an impact on the future of Magens and other outdoor recreation spaces in the territory.

The site links to an online survey which I encourage you to complete! You can provide general feedback, and can also fill out the survey multiple times to provide feedback on specific locations (e.g., Magens Bay, the Arboretum, Nature Trail, Smith Bay Park, Drake's Seat, Fairchild Park, etc) by using the map to drop a pin on an existing location or to add a new location.
