MBA finances

MBA is a semi-autonomous government entity that  is self-funded through its revenue from entrance fees, concessions, and rentals. Although MBA historically has not asked for any money from the VI government, it is required to present its budget to the Legislature for review sometime in July/August (committee calendar).
