Property deeds

The Magens Bay Authority properties consist of multiple parcels, including:

• 58 acres of Magens Bay Park, gifted by Arthur S. Fairchild in 1947;

• 10 acres of Magens Bay Park (southwest), deeded on behalf of the Nature Conservancy in 2002;

• 8.61 acres of Estate Peterborg (parcels #11-76 through #11-76-8 and remainder of parcel #11);

• 0.25 acres of Drake's Seat;

• 21.73 acres of Smith Bay Park/Lindquist Beach.

Note that different parcels [map] have different deed restrictions.
