Below are Arthur Fairchild's original 1947 Magens Bay property deed and accompanying 1943 statement, as well as links to excerpts of restrictions on the Nature Conservancy 2002 parcels which are available in full via the VI Recorder of Deeds online records search. Note that Magens Bay and the surrounding area consists of multiple parcels, and different parcels may have different restrictions.
